“Came in today for eyebrow threading, normally see Ruth (who does amazing) but she wasn’t here so Nozi (or Nazey?) who was here ended up doing my eyebrows. She was very careless and trying to speed through the service to do it as fast as possible- quite literally pulled my eyelashes out as she was threading my eyebrows because she was in such a rush. It’s not a long or difficult service so to have someone do but I prefer someone who will take the time to do quality work and not risk taking chunks of my eyebrows or eyelashes out by speeding through the service with no regard or care. Mind you, there was nobody else waiting either after me.”
